We're experiencing quite a bit of growth and need to add a mid-level ColdFusion Developer ASAP. Here's what we're looking for in a candidate:

Strong candidates meet the following requirements:

" Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (may be waved with strong practical experience)

" 3+ years of ColdFusion (MX7/8) experience

" Solid knowledge of relational database design and development

" Oracle Database PL/SQL, including stored procedure development (experience with other RDMS will be considered)

" Experience with Ajax, XHTML, CSS and JavaScript

" Experience with Flash, Flex and AIR a big plus

" Experience with issue tracking and version control software

" Broad understanding of web development and system analysis and design

" Proven ability to develop, maintain and support applications

" Good written and verbal communications skills

" Good documentation, debugging and Q/A skills

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

" Develop maintainable and scalable data-driven interactive applications

" Participate in the planning of new releases and updates to existing applications

" Participate in the planning of new applications and infrastructures to support them

" Work closely in an integrated team of Project Managers, Designers, Interface/CSS Developers, and client staff

" Manage multiple projects with multiple deadlines efficiently and effectively

" Communicate within a team to ensure projects hit budget and time deadlines
