A couple of months ago, a colleague and I had the opportunity to do a presentation at the Connecticut ColdFusion User Group in Norwalk, CT about Adobe AIR and ColdFusion. We talked about the kind of work we were doing with AIR since its alpha days and what role ColdFusion played in our development process. I also talked about where CF stood with respect to AIR and RIAs in general as the data service layer of choice for such deployment options. The presentation went very well and prompted some real discussions about AIR and how CF developers saw themselves using the new technology.
